A few things to keep in mind...
Leather is natural! Colors vary from hide to hide, and our leather is top grain, distressed leather. Scratches, different tones, and different shades of our basic colors show up on each hide that we get. Our designs incorporate these natural variations because we believe it makes each piece unique and special.
Miscellaneous information:
Leather does come in different dye lots and colors may slightly vary from the shop photos.
Payment is expected before shipment.
All items are ready to ship unless they are specified “Made to Order” and will be shipped within 3 business days after payment has been received/processed.
For “made to order” orders, the time to shipping will depend on the leather availability and the complexity of the item.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for questions about your shipping schedule.
Shipments will be sent to the address listed by you at check-out.
Please double check your shipping info to make sure you have the correct address listed. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address entered upon checkout, we can resend the item after receiving payment for the cost to reship.
All domestic U.S. packages are sent out USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested! Tracking numbers will be provided with shipping notifications sent via Etsy convos upon shipment.
If you have ordered a bag worth $100 or more, Insurance and Signature confirmation will be added into your shipping costs! This ensures that your bag is covered if lost, or there is a problem with delivery. The added cost for these two items is up to $10 to the shipping, depending on the item’s value.
At this time, we DO NOT ship oversea.
REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason at all, within 7 business days of purchase. The refund will be for the purchase price of the item, we cannot refund shipping fees.
Refunds will ONLY be processed when we receive the item back in our shop.
WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED.
Please include a note with the package that states the name on the order, as well as the recipients full name (as entered into the checkout process). Please DO NOT USE sticky notes/post-it notes on the leather.
We cannot refund your payment until we receive the item in order to ensure the refund claim is accurate.

POSTAL/SHIPPING ERRORS: We are not responsible for items that were lost by the postal system, but we will work with you and your local post office to do everything within our power to find lost packages, including providing tracking numbers and proof of shipment.
